You can feel nausea at any time, but most pregnant women feel the most nauseous in the morning, so it is commonly called morning sickness. To overcome this, you are advised to avoid foods that have a strong aroma or strong odor. Choose foods that are low in fat and easy to digest. You are also advised to eat small portions but often.
